Sponsorship: Combining over 150 years aggregate real estate experience, Arabella Capital was founded in 2018 in Buford, Georgia, focusing on providing affordable modern homes in opportunity zones where housing demand is high, and supply is constrained. Specifically, Arabella Capital is involved in construction of new build-to-rent single-family homes and communities as well as renovation of existing multi-family properties. Their team has solidified their expertise in the field, having developed over 3,000 lots, acquired $200 million in multi-family properties, sold over $65million in single-family homes, and purchased over 2,400 multi-family units. Arabella Capital operates in southeastern states such as Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Portfolio Management

The Sponsor’s Asset Management team works alongside the Property Manager to manage the assets development. Upon CO, each unit is onboarded onto the property management platform, through which all aspects of property management, including property status, leasing, and resident services, are processed. The Asset Management team maintains an internal reporting model which tracks the asset’s performance as compared to its projected performance. Investor reports are generated on a monthly basis in coordination with the accounting team.


Adam Whitmire- Principal & Fund Manager – CEO of Arabella

Adam Whitmire serves as Arabella Capital’s Chief Executive Officer. He is a third-generation investor/developer with over 20 years of real estate experience in operating single-family and multifamily properties, land development, and new construction projects, with a strong focus on investment portfolio management and real estate development. He identifies new development and investment opportunities with a focus on build-to-rent communities. From acquisitions to fund administration, Adam is highly valued for his market analysis, investment advisory and negotiation skills. He has represented eight of the largest institutional investment funds in the U.S. in acquiring hundreds of residential assets. During his tenure with The Whitmire Group, Adam acquired over $56MM in single-family residential assets. He has trained and educated agents in the real estate and financial services industry, teaching over 500 classes and speaking at 36 industry events across the country. Adam earned a B.A. in Visual Communication and Digital Design from American InterContinental University. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), Certified Foreign Investor Specialist (CFIS) and a Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR). Adam holds Securities Licenses in Series 6, 63, 26, 65 as well as a Real Estate and Insurance License and is a former advisor representative for Transamerica Financial Advisors, LLC. Adam enjoys spending time with his family.

John Prinz – Founder & Owner – Gordian Growth & Income Fund

John founded Gordian Growth & Income Fund in 2016 and is currently the managing partner. His experience spans both real estate purchasing / renting and entrepreneurial investing and has been involved in the rental industry over 40 years with his family. He has previously founded various mutual and hedge funds – including Blackpoint Capital and Nite Capital – all with varying focus areas and strategies. He pioneered the “Edge” investment philosophy and consistently delivers statistically significant advantages over the general market.
