Invest in a short-term product that aims to accommodate investor liquidity needs while also helping to support the growth of future investment opportunities on the Yieldstreet platform. Since May 2019, Yieldstreet has been prefunding future offerings with the Short Term Notes program before they are sold on the platform. To date, over $498M has been funded through this program across 75 offerings, with 53 repaid in full at maturity, while the others have not yet reached their targeted maturity.

Use of proceeds
Yieldstreet will primarily utilize the proceeds of the notes at its discretion to finance offerings in any industry. The underlying investments may include, but are not limited to, loans, leases, real estate interests, receivables, or participation interests. Investors will be able to track their Short Term Note investment progress and interest payments in their portfolio, but specific information regarding the offerings funded using note proceeds will not be shared.
The program is backed by the investments that have been funded, and funds raised are used for pre-funding. or refinancing indebtedness used to pre-fund deals, including prior series of Short Term Notes.
Where does an investor lie in terms of priority?
The notes are backed by underlying investments that have been pre-funded by the program. The underlying investments may include but are not limited to positions across the capital structure, including debt and equity across all asset classes offered on Yieldstreet. Yieldstreet holds the first-loss position in this series of notes. Yieldstreet purchases 5% of the aggregate notes issued in this series in a first-loss position providing a buffer to all other investors in the event of any realized loss.
In certain cases, Yieldstreet may utilize senior leverage facilities when funding an offering. In these cases, the notes will be backed by a subordinated interest in the underlying collateral.
How do I get paid?
The notes have a term of 6 months. Yieldstreet investors are targeted to receive monthly interest payments at a fixed target net annualized yield on their full investment amount. Principal is expected to be repaid at maturity.
