Avenue One and Yieldstreet Announce Successful Sale of Atlanta Rental Home Portfolio

The partnership enabled investors to access the rental market with more than 40 newly built homes.

NEW YORK, November 20, 2023 — Avenue One, a service platform, brokerage, and investment marketplace for institutional owners, buyers, and sellers of residential rental real estate, and Yieldstreet, a leading private markets investing platform, today announced the disposition of 43 newly built rental homes in the Metro Atlanta area.

In 2021, Yieldstreet created a residential property investment offering for its investors, partnering with Avenue One to acquire, renovate, lease, manage, and stabilize the properties. Avenue One brokered the sale of the portfolio through its investment marketplace to one of the largest non-public residential rental real estate operators in the U.S.
