At Yieldstreet, we want to provide a variety of tools to help you evaluate your investment performance. As an investor-first company, we are dedicated to continually improving how we share information with you regarding your investments.
From the moment you make your first investment, the information presented in your Portfolio can help you understand the value of that investment and track how your investment is progressing. Let’s take a look at how your Portfolio can provide clarity on how your investments are performing.
Your Portfolio overview shows you a summary of your Yieldstreet investments and their performance. The account value section displays the total dollar value you have invested on Yieldstreet, any accrued interest that has not been paid to you, as well as the cash in your Yieldstreet Wallet.
The payments bar chart at the top of the overview screen shows you the payments you have received on your investments by month.
The interest earned chart displays how much you have been paid over the life of your investments with Yieldstreet, as well as your accrued interest, while the principal outstanding graph visualizes the investments you have made and the principal repayments you’ve received.
If any of your investments are in default, you will also see the total accrued interest and principal outstanding broken out separately for any such investments.
The investments list shows you all of your investments with Yieldstreet in a sortable table, and a performance status is reported for each of your active investments. You can click on any investment to view its investment detail screen.
The information presented on the investment detail screen is similar to what is shown on the Portfolio overview. However, here you can also see your investment value, interest earned, and payments for a specific investment.
If the investment is in default, you will see the interest accrued and principal outstanding in default broken out separately, as well as the date of default listed next to the investment’s performance status.
The activity feed in your Portfolio shows you the latest updates on your investments. The feed notifies you when you make new investments, when your investments start to earn interest, when you receive payments and if there is a status update on any of your investments.
Our policy is to communicate monthly status updates for any defaulted or modified investments.
Look out for the teal icons that indicate that you’ve received new Activity notifications.
The transactions screen shows you a list of all your processed and settled transactions. It includes investments, distributions, fund expenses, Wallet interest, deposits, and withdrawals. The screen can be filtered by investor account, investment, year, and type of investment. This data can also be exported.
Distribution payments may also be expanded to show additional details about the specific payment, such as any notes from our Investor Relations and Operations teams, the breakdown of principal and interest, or the effective date of the payment. The effective date for a distribution payment is the date up to which accrued interest has been paid.
The most recent transactions are also visible on your Portfolio overview and investment detail screens.
Quarterly and monthly account statements are published quarterly and monthly, on the first of the month. These documents contain much of the same information as your Portfolio overview, but they can be printed or turned into PDFs if you need to share information about your Yieldstreet investments with someone else.
The tax center will be updated with PDF copies of 1099s and/or K1s for each of your investments. If you ever need a reminder as to which document to expect, you can see the tax document listed on the investment detail screen for that investment.
Your Yieldstreet Portfolio is also available in our mobile app for iOS and Android. Due to space constraints, not every Portfolio feature is available in our app, but we are always looking for feedback on the experience from our investor base.
Have comments or feedback on your Portfolio? We’d love to hear from you. Please email [email protected] and the Yieldsteet Investor Relations Team will relay your feedback to our tech team.
