Offer Requirements: Eligible Customers who claim the Offer will receive, subject to these Terms and Conditions, $100 worth of shares in the Yieldstreet Growth and Income REIT (“REIT”) (the “Reward”). To claim the Offer, during the Offer Period, Eligible Customers must complete and submit an investment request, including the relevant attestations and acknowledgements, and execute the Subscription Agreement and Operating Agreement of the REIT.

Reward: The Reward consists of a subscription amount to the REIT of $100.00, which generally equates to approximately ten (10) shares in the REIT based on the current NAV per share.
